Admission Procedures

Applications for the Massage Therapy Program are accepted throughout the year. See our Academic Calendar for deadlines. Inquires may be directed in person to a staff member at 402-421-7410 from 9AM-2PM, or send an email to admissions@myotherapy.edu.

It's easy to apply for the Massage Therapy Program!

  • Complete the online application form.
  • Submit a $50 online or mailed application fee.
  • Send an online or mailed copy of the student’s driver’s license.
  • Request an official high school transcript or GED mailed by the school attended.
  • Submit a Myotherapy Institute health report with TB status mailed by a physician’s office.
  • Admission Requirements

    Applicants are offered admittance on the basis of qualifications and space available. Letters of acceptance will be mailed.

    To be admitted, GED or high school graduates must have a composite score of 20 on the Enhanced ACT, a score of 800 combined verbal and math on the SAT or a high school or post secondary grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale. Applicants with lower GPA may be accepted by special approval of the Director

    In addition to fulfilling the academic requirements students must also:

  • be 19-years-old or older upon admittance or receive permission from the Director.
  • not have a felony record.
