Financial Aid May Be Available For Those Who Qualify

We understand the importance of developing a personalized financial plan to manage your tuition costs. Below, you'll find an overview of some common sources of tuition funding available for those who qualify. We encourage combining various sources to create a comprehensive tuition payment plan. Financial aid is awarded based on individual eligibility, and our financial aid representative is here to assist with applications and any questions you may have. For Students:

Apply for Grants and Loans:

  • Step 1: Begin the FAFSA process.
  • Apply for Federal Direct Stafford Loan:

  • Step 1: Complete Entrance Interview Counseling.
  • Step 2: Complete Stafford Master Promissory Note (MPN).
  • For Parents:

    Apply for Federal Direct PLUS Loan:

  • Step 1: Complete PLUS Master Promissory Note (MPN).
  • Helpful Documents:

  • Your Social Security Number.
  • Your Driver's License (if applicable).
  • W-2 Forms and other records of income.
  • Federal Income Tax Return (Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ) or foreign tax return for you and your spouse (if married), and for your parents (if you are a dependent student).
  • Records of untaxed income, including Social Security, Temporary Assistance to Needy Families, welfare, or veterans' benefits.
  • Alien registration number or permanent residence card, or U.S. Passport (if not a U.S. citizen).

  • Late Winter Quarter: January 9 - March 18
  • Spring Quarter: March 19 - May 27
  • Summer Quarter: May 28 - August 5
  • Memorial Day: Closed on May 29
  • Independence Day: Closed on July 4
  • Summer Break: August 6 - August 12
  • Fall Quarter: August 13 - October 21
  • Labor Day: Closed on September 4
  • Early Winter Quarter: October 22 - December 30
  • Thanksgiving: Closed on November 23 and 24
  • Christmas Day: Closed on December 25
  • New Year's Day 2024: Closed on January 1
