Who We Are

About Myotherapy Institute

The Myotherapy Institute is a distinguished educational institution committed to offering comprehensive, research-based training in massage therapy. Our programs are deeply rooted in the profession's historical charm—the genuine, caring relationships between therapists and their clients.

Our curriculum is meticulously crafted to merge the clinical aspects of massage therapy with a compassionate understanding of client needs, ensuring students not only master techniques but also remain attuned to the holistic needs of those they serve.

The Institute encourages a culture of intellectual curiosity and creative thinking, empowering students to enhance the therapeutic process and explore their full potential.

Founded in 1993, the Myotherapy Institute has built a strong reputation for preparing students for both professional success and the National Certification Examination for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCETMB). Nebraska’s rigorous pre-licensing educational standards are met with our high-quality training, resulting in a pass rate for our graduates that significantly exceeds the national average.

The success of our programs is grounded in our personalized approach to education. We eschew traditional lecture-only formats, instead offering multi-modal instruction—visual, auditory, and tactile—to cater to the diverse learning styles of our students. Our low student-to-instructor ratios ensure that each student receives the individual attention necessary for success.
