The Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) has issued a Warning to Myotherapy Institute. Below is a summary of the Commission's concerns which the school must address:

- Improve faculty credentialing, instructional training, and teaching experience documentation.
- Ensure externship programs are properly supervised, evaluated, and approved with clear plans.
- Adhere to policies on mission statements, catalog changes, and learning resource accessibility.
- Establish transparent program outcomes and financial stability.
